Rental Rooms
The Islamic Center in Stillwater (ICS) has a limited number of rental rooms available. They are highly competitive and are first-come, first-served.
ICS rooms are distributed among two apartments, yet each room comes with its full bathroom, its own private space, and is fully equipped. We have a 4-bedroom apartment (3rd apartment) and a 3-bedroom apartment (2nd-floor). Our housing facility’s rooms are very near to campus, only a few minutes walking distance, and are fully furnished. Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed, a desk, a dresser, and a walk-in closet and each room has its private bathroom.
Shared areas include the kitchen, the large refrigerator, and the living room. The space is tranquil and no circumstances noise is allowed.
The dorm building is separate from the main building yet it enjoys access to the main building and the second floor. It enjoys a separate entrance and a separate parking lot.
Prayers and children’s activities do not affect the dorm building. The dorms enjoy the ultimate degrees of privacy, and security and are highly comfortable.
Tenants are responsible for reporting maintenance issues which is to be done for free.
Our rent is very competitive and includes all bills (a $250 value) a private parking spot (a $200 value/semester) and the Internet. We ask our tenants to return the room as they received it to avoid a penalty for the required cleaning and repairs.

Parking Permits
Students and others need a parking area for their cars. the Islamic Center in Stillwater offers a parking service for its members. The ICS enjoys a walking distance from the OSU campus and as a result, many students prefer to park their cars at the parking lot of the ICS.
The ICS asks its members to purchase parking permits from its office before they use the parking lot to avoid their cars being towed away and to register their cars with the ISS to identify members’ cars.
The parking lot is for permit-holders only from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. At prayer times cars are permitted to park free of charge for 30 min. parking is free after 5:00 pm.
ICS dorm tenants do not have to purchase parking permits from us (This is one reason they are highly competitive!) as it is included (as a courtesy) in their monthly rent.
